PC announces return of Dustin Yorek to coaching staff

The Presentation College Football program is excited to welcome back former player and coach, Dustin Yorek, as the teams’s new Offensive Line coach.

“Coach Yorek will be counted on to bring a unique inside perspective to our coaching staff,” said Head Coach Chuck Miesbauer. “A junior college transfer from Minnesota who enjoyed great success on and off the field as a player and as a coach, Coach Yorek’s experiences here at Presentation College touch on so many things that are vital to the success of our program. Coach Yorek will be able to identify with prospects from Minnesota as he recruits his own state. He will be able to speak to potential transfer students with an inside knowledge of what the transition from junior college to PC is like. Furthermore, Coach Yorek’s knowledge of the game and tireless work ethic will make him a valuable asset to our coaching staff and those student-athletes he will work with on a daily basis. He has worked with this group of young men in the past and they have all expressed a deep respect for Coach Yorek and great excitement for his return”

A 2013 First Team All-North Star Conference Offensive Lineman and NAIA Scholar Athlete, Coach Yorek had previously served as an assistant offensive line coach with the saints before taking a one semester hiatus this past spring. The entire Presentation College community looks forward to welcoming Coach Yorek back to campus and back to the sidelines for the 2017 season.

The Saints kick-off their season on the road to Appleton, Wisconsin to take on non-conference opponent Lawrence University on September 2nd. Game time is set for 1:00 pm.

Go Saints!
