The 2011 NCAA Football-Championship Subdivision playoffs have been set. The University of South Dakota and South Dakota State didn't make the playoffs, two Missouri Valley Conference teams did make the post season. North Dakota State and Northern Iowa will represent the conference. All games will be aired on ESPN 3. The playoffs go as follows:
First round Saturday Nov. 26th
Stony Brook vs. Albany (NY)
Tennessee Tech vs. Central Arkansas
Old Dominion vs. Norfolk State
Eastern Kentucky vs. James Madison 12:00 p.m.
Second Round Saturday Dec. 3rd:
#1 Sam Houston State vs. (Winner of Stony Brook, Albany)
Montana State vs. New Hampshire
#5 Northern Iowa vs. Wofford
#4 Montana vs. (Winner of Tennessee Tech, Central Ark.)
#3 Georgia Southern vs. (Winner of Old Dom., Norfolk st.)
Appalachian state vs. Maine
Townson vs. Lehigh
#2 North Dakota State vs. (Winner of Eastern Ky., James Madison)
