Organizations Give Back to the SD National Guard

Rapid City, SD - Officials from the TriWest Healthcare Alliance and the Black Hills Area Chapter American Red Cross presented a $5,000 check and five foot Christmas card to members of the South Dakota National Guard Dec. 16, 2011, at Camp Rapid in Rapid City, S.D. The check supported the Guard's Family Programs office to assist National Guard families in need office, while the card was signed by community members throughout the Black Hills to thank Soldiers and Airmen for their service and sacrifice, with emphasis on those serving overseas this holiday season.
