Grandparent Scam Resurfaces in South Dakota



Pierre, SD - Attorney General Marty Jackley is warning South Dakota seniors to be cautious of a scam that is re-surfacing involving telephone calls from someone who claims to be their grandchild or other family member, and requests money for a critical situtation.  Sara Rabern, Public Information Officer for the Attorney General's Office says the South Dakota Consumer Protection Division has received numerous calls recently on this re-ocurring scam.
