Huron, SD – Chairman Robert Rademacher of Huron announces that the James River Water Development District Board of Directors will be holding their annual meeting on Wednesday, January 11, 2012 at the American Legion in Pierre, SD at 12:00 P.M.

3. Set 2012 meeting dates and places
4. Funding request for a bank repair project in Hutchinson County
5. Review drainage law resolution
6. Update from Department of Environmental and Natural Resources on Director’s Districts
7. Update on the TMDL activities on the James River
8. Update on the Watershed Area Management Plan
9. Discuss policy recommendations from “Special Review Report”
10.Finalize the “Draft Special Review Report” from Department of Legislative Audit
11.Any other business that may come before the Board.
