PIERRE, S.D. – Gov. Dennis Daugaard has signed the following legislative bills:
 
HB1003       An Act to revise the limitation on the increases and decreases           
                      that may be made to the total taxable value of cropland and
                      noncropland.
HB1011        An Act to revise the definition of domestic use of water.                        
HB1012        An Act to require public hearings for applications for oil and                   
                      gas orders only if contested and to reduce the number of hearing
                      notice publications required for oil and gas cases.
HB1013        An Act to repeal certain obsolete statutes regarding the                           
                      Department of Environment and Natural Resources.
HB1056        An Act to revise certain provisions of the South Dakota                          
                      Business Corporations Act regarding the issuance of shares and
                      cumulative voting for directors.
HB1069        An Act to increase the amount of income and principal of a                    
                      perpetual fund used to maintain a cemetery.
HB1077        An Act to authorize municipalities to establish incidental                         
                      accounts.
HB1094        An Act to require the filing of certain documents relating to the              
                      vacation, location, or changing of highways with the register of
                      deeds.
SB2               An Act to repeal and to make style and form revisions to certain             
                      provisions related to the Department of Human Services.
 
SB3              An Act to revise the composition of the state trunk highway             
                      system.
SB6               An Act to authorize criminal background checks for various                    
                      state employees.
SB0016         An Act to define a final stage manufacturer dealer and to provide    
                      for licensing of final stage manufacturer dealers.
SB0017         An Act to require certain fuel tax returns and reports to be filed              
                      by electronic means and to require certain fuel taxes to be
                      remitted by electronic transfer.
 
SB0021         An Act to repeal and revise certain outdated provisions relating              
                      to the Department of Human Services.
SB0024         An Act to require certain applicants for licensure as a health                    
                      professional or a licensee who is the subject of a disciplinary
                      investigation to submit to a state and federal criminal
                      background check.
SB0026         An Act to revise certain requirements pertaining to earnest                      
                      money paid in a cooperative or co-brokerage real estate
                      transaction.
SB0028         An Act to revise provisions regarding the renewal process for                 
                      certain third- party insurance administrators.
SB0055         An Act to update certain provisions pertaining to motor carrier               
                      safety and transportation of hazardous materials.
SB0063         An Act to revise the term of service of regional railroad                           
                      authority commissioners.
SB0140         An Act to repeal certain provisions regarding glazing material                 
                      on motorcycle windshields and wind deflectors.
