WASHINGTON, DC –Rep. Kristi Noem (R-SD) will hold a town hall in Pierre next week.  The town hall event, which is open to the public, will focus on the 2011 Missouri River flooding but other questions and topics will also be discussed.  The town hall meeting will be held Feb 21st at 11:45 a.m. central time at the Best Western Ramkota Hotel and Conference Center.
